Neyar has a solid background in the Retail, Private Banking and Money Markets sectors, and during the last 20 years she has developed a substantial Sales & Distribution track record from working with clients from the GCC/Europe region. She is a superb communicator, is proactive and has a ‘hands-on’ attitude. She is a focused individual, a self-starter and a team player. Her expertise lays in customer relationships and can wow clients by leveraging on intelligence, sales engagements and cross-selling, and is a key player in launching new products in the market. She enjoys problem-solving and succeeds in new challenges.

Frederick Bayona Nshekanabo is Chief Financial Officer of CRDB Bank Plc. He is also on the board of Tandahimba Community Bank Plc and Honorary Treasurer at Tanzania Bankers Association. He received his graduate degree from the University of Strathclyde and joined the bank on 22nd February 1999. Before his current position he worked as Manager Finance Help Desk. Accountant Grade I and Bank Officer within CRDB Bank. He is a CPA (T) and holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, UK and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Dar es Salaam.

Aftab Shaukat is a professional with over 20 years of experience in Product Development and Management, Central Operations Management, KPI setting, Compliance Management, Audit, Islamic Banking, Financial Performance Management and People Management. He has designed & implemented SME Finance, Corporate Finance, Consumer Finance (Personal Loan, Credit Card, Mortgage Finance, Auto Loan Finance, IPO Finance, Payroll card etc), Bancassurance, Trade Finance, Deposits, Sukuk and Commercial Paper Products for Finance House and its customers. He is adept at managing direction & strategic management, development of new services & operations, revenue performance and enhancement strategies with a sound ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop & evaluate options and implement solutions.

Al Khalil is a qualified graduate in the field of Engineering from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. His recent responsibilities towards major projects, guiding team members along the way, his strong character, motivation and dedication to the organisation over the six years has led him to his new role as General Manager of Amjaad Contracting. He has a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry and his skilled in Subcontracts Management, Construction, Maintenance & Repair, and Concrete.

Kamarul Azman is a Certified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience working in various areas in finance, accounting, financial treasury, internal control and other corporate finance functions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accountancy Studies from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Prior to joining Agrobank, he held a number of senior positions such as Director, Head of Finance & Investment Operations for CIMB Principal Asset Management Berhad, UK Financial Controller for Skrill Limited, a digital e-Wallet payment solutions provider and various other stints with PwC UK, KPMG Europe, EY KL office and CIMB Bank London.

Dr Ridzwan Bakar (FCMA CPA CA CIIF Shariah RFP) is a professional Chartered Accountant, and practitioner of Islamic finance and waqf. He has more than 21 years of corporate experience leading to senior position/CFO responsibilities, Head of business planning/corporate strategy, corporate reporting, KPI development and tracking, business transformation and consultancy. Currently he is a Professional Lecturer, Faculty of Management, Multimedia Universiti Malaysia and Leader of Islamic Finance, Accounting and Social Science Studies (IFASS).

Salim Al Riyami is an experienced Head with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. He is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Banking, Supervisory, Regulation & Compliance Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management, and Mentoring. He is a competent information technology professional with a Master’s degree focused in Risk Management from Southampton Business School (University of Southampton).

Amr Mohamed Ali Alshaher is a results-driven Corporate Banker with a solid experience in managing accounts, underwriting and growing the bank’s credit facilities, loan portfolio and attracting depositary relationships.
